Over the past decade, Andrew Baxter has dedicated his career to splicing together two key skills – trading derivatives and educating everyday Australians how to trade with greater success.

Elite Traders is the culmination of years of research, millions of dollars in investment and decades of hands on, real life market experience. At Elite Traders, our primary question is “how can we generate better returns while limiting risk?” and this maxim flows through everything we do within our business.

The education component of Elite Traders is designed carefully to fit into your lifestyle – after all, trading doesn't have to be intrusive – it can be a highly lucrative, low time input, cash flow generator.

Our team of licensed trading professionals have an average age of 47 and bring a massive amount of real life hands-on trading experience to the table. This experience is invaluable and gives all our clients the peace of mind of dealing with people who have been there before.

With a massive amount of ongoing support and coaching, all of your trading needs are catered for, while our advisory business ties in perfectly with the skills you will learn. Having a team of brokers and advisors who are on the same page as you, following the same strategies you have learned and sticking with the same trading rules that you use creates a synergy and strong commercial relationship.

Unlike other trading educators, we offer an in-house broking arm in order to ensure high levels of service are maintained throughout the transaction side of your business. Having seen clients referred to external brokers where they receive poor service, the Founder’s view has always been to keep our clients on the same page.

Andrew Baxter CEO and Founder
Andrew Baxter holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Business and Finance, gained at one of Europe’s leading business schools. He has more than 16 years of professional investment market experience. Six of these were obtained on the London Stock Exchange with two of the UK’s leading investment houses. His approach to the market is based on a blend of technical and fundamental analysis and embraces a true, All Seasons Investing style.

As a Licensed Equities and Derivatives Broker with Accredited Derivatives Adviser Levels 1 & 2, Andrew is a widely respected and highly sought after industry speaker, having spoken on behalf of the ASX, AFR, the Australian Investors Association, Tony Robbins and Robert Kiyosaki. He is also a Director of Australian Mutual Holdings Limited. One of his key passions is investor education. Through Halifax, Andrew has educated more than 15,000 people on success strategies for winning in the marketplace.
   
Ken Henri Advisory Team

After earning a Bachelor of Science (Maths) from Newcastle University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Monash University in Melbourne, Ken worked on the Australian Stock Exchange trading floor for 6 years.

He then moved to Schroeders Melbourne, where he worked as a bill, bond, and cash dealer for 5 years. In 1979, Ken was appointed Treasury Manager of BNP Melbourne, where he worked for 8 years specializing in bills, bonds, cash and NCDs.

Ken has worked for many stockbroking companies including Ord’s for 6 years, Hartley Pointon for 5 years and Tricom for 6 years. Ken’s wealth of experience, as well as Accredited Derivatives Adviser Levels 1 & 2, provides a significant value add for his clients.
   
Clayton Christie Advisory Team

Born in South Africa, Clayton finished his B.Comm Management Accounting in 2002. Armed with an accounting background, Clayton found himself taking an ever-increasing interest in markets and trading.

Having travelled and worked in over 50 countries, he decided to settle into Australia in January 2007 where he began working with Halifax. ADA1 and 2 Accredited, Clayton specializes in stock and options trading with particular interest in protected equity loans (PIEL/HIEL’s). Clayton brings 10 years trading experience to the team and has been with Halifax for 3 years.
   
Matthew Cook Advisory Team

Matthew’s academic history includes a Bachelor of Commerce, with specialization in Finance and Economics. Matthew is a fully qualified Derivatives Advisor having completed Accredited Derivatives Adviser Levels 1 & 2. He has also gained recognition as a Certified Financial Technician, having completed a Diploma of Technical Analysis in 2007.

Matthew has been actively trading Stock and Option markets for the last 7 years. Over this time, his professional career has included positions as an Equities Analyst, Portfolio Manager, Client Advisor and author of a daily market report on the US Stock and Options Market.
   
Jason Baeck Advisory Team
Jason Baeck holds a Bachelor of Software Engineering and gained a Graduate Diploma of Finance in Financial Markets from a leading business school. With a background in the Military, specialising in Risk Management and with 10 years trading experience applying fundamental and technical analysis he energetically trades the market with a wide range of strategies of different risk profiles and time frames.

As a Licensed Equities and Derivatives Broker, with Accredited Derivatives Adviser Levels 1 & 2, Jason is a respected options trader and a specialist in advanced speculative and hedging strategies. A key passion of his is trader education where he spends countless hours working closely with fellow traders; empowering them to master the market.
